The Cygnets family is comprised of 2 settings located in the beautiful countyside of Wiltshire. One in Westbury and one in Bratton, two seperate settings, with one ethos and same ‘OUTSTANDING’ grading by OFSTED. At Cygnets we offer places for children aged 18 months, term time only from 8am until 6pm, Monday to Friday, accepting all types of funding. Our transition package supports our families with whichever Primary School they choose. With a dedicated, experienced and well established team we thrive on seeing children, learn, have fun and achieve their potential.
“Children are extremely happy and actively engage in activities, building a vast range of exciting and lasting memories to treasure. They have exceptionally high levels of confidence and self-esteem and thrive in the care of the dedicated and highly committed staff team. Children thoroughly enjoy their time, excel in everything they do and feel extremely safe.” “OFSTED 2020

Safeguarding is so important….

Cygnet’s Pre-School wants to work with children, parents and the community to ensure the safety of children and to give them the very best start in life. The Key commitments of the Pre-School’s policy for safeguarding the children in our care are:  1. We are committed to building a culture of safety in which all the children in our care are protected from abuse and harm in all areas of the Pre-School. 2. Cygnet’s Pre-School is committed to responding promptly and appropriately to any incidents or concerns of abuse that may occur and to work with statutory agencies in accordance with procedures that are set down in the ‘Working together 2015’ document. 3. The Pre-School is committed to promoting awareness of child abuse issues through staff training programmes. The Pre-School is also committed to empowering the children, through our early years foundation stage curriculum, promoting their right to be strong, resilient and to be listened to as well as embedding the British values; Democracy, Rule of Law, Individual Liberty and Mutual respect and tolerance.

e-Safety is high on the agenda at
